LG and Mark Levinson to launch AP3133 & LHT888 Home Theater System

LG has partnered with the prestigious manufacturer of high-end audio materials Mark Levinson to produce 2 new home theater system, AP3133 and LHT888 (picture above) to be showcased these days during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

The AP3133 features multi-driver floor standing loudspeakers, center channel speaker, surrounds, and powerful subwoofer. The system includes a 7.1-channel AV receiver with 150Watts X 7 "ICEpower" output stage, Burr-Brown PCM 1796 24bit/192kHz DAC, multi-input HDMI switching with near 1080p upscaling, 1080p pass through, HD Radio capability, and Audessey Auto Room Multi EQ Adjustment. The system is built around LG's award-winning "Super Blu" dual-format player.

And the LHT888 is a sleek designed home theater system for decor-conscious movie-and-music fans. Inspired by the slim elegant form of the champagne glass, LHT888's loudspeakers feature multiple drivers in parabolic housings, each with a tapered integrated pedestal. The system includes a 700W 5.1-channel DVD receiver with near 1080p upscaling, built-in wireless kit, USB Media Plus, HDMI output, LG SimpLink(TM) multi-device control (HDMI-CEC) and multi-format playback compatibility.
