NAD Masters Series M4 Analog / Digital Tuner - XM Radio Ready

NAD Masters Series M4 Analog / Digital Tuner - XM Radio Ready

NAD Electronics developed the Masters Series M4 Analog/Digital Tuner, the most advanced tuner NAD has ever developed will be introduced at the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

The M4 combines a highly sensitive FM/AM tuning section with the latest digital technology to extract maximum sound quality from the broadcasts it receives. This includes XM Satellite Radio as an XM Ready input on the M4 allows an external XM Satellite module to be easily connected. It features an "Auto Tuning" function which finds all the stations available in any given area with a 40-station preset memory and its associated remote control.

And for the electronic circuitry, the M4 has a double-tuned FM detector for low distortion and frequency response correction, it employs shielded MOSFETs designed to handle radio frequency signals in precise 0.05-MHz increments and the outputs own audiophile-quality TI/Burr-Brown digital-to-analog converters, TI/Burr-Brown operational amps, and separate power supplies for the digital control and audio stages.
